About the e-learning

Successful projects require robust strategy and execution. Without these elements, projects can fail, leading to financial and operational damage, as well reputational and political damage.

Understanding how to successfully manage small projects by considering the strategic elements, how to plan for detailed activities and how to incorporate robust control and assurance mechanisms is essential in managing public money.

This e-learning covers these areas, focusing on small projects while also providing some contrast with medium and large-sized projects.
