Competency
Following amendments to CIPFA's bye-laws, which came into effect in October 2013, CIPFA ceased to operate a separate competency scheme.
- Members and students who have entered into bankruptcy or composition/arrangement with their creditors generally will now be considered under the disciplinary scheme.
- Health issues will now fall to be considered as casual or mitigation factors under the disciplinary scheme.
