Risk Management Partners (RMP) have shared with the Better Governance Forum a new report on their research around outsourcing highways functions.
RMP undertook a survey of their highways authority clients to identify how highways responsibilities were being outsourced. The report includes good practice and lessons learned around claims handling, together with best practice recommendations.
