The delegate packs relating to the CIPFA Finance Advisory Network (FAN)/Ernst and Young (EY) ‘Accounts Closedown Workshops 2016/17’ are available below for FAN subscribers to download.
The packs include all the slides for English and Welsh authorities and Police bodies, as well as copies of the hand-outs and exercises which formed part of these interactive workshop events. Also included in the delegate pack is additional information about the new Assured Managed Service offered by EY and CIPFA and details of additional closedown and related support available from FAN and the other CIPFA networks. Please note that the slides in relation to the Highways Network Asset were written in advance of the decision taken by the CIPFA/LASAAC Local Authority Accounting Code Board on 8 March 2017 NOT to go ahead with the implementation of the re-measurement of the HNA in local authority financial statements at this time.
