Neil Benn and Adrian Jenkins of Pixel Financial Management Ltd produced an on-the-day briefing paper for FAS subscribers, which was emailed directly to all FAS contacts on the evening of the much-anticipated announcement. The briefing paper summarises the main headlines from the Spending Review and Autumn Statement, as announced by the Chancellor on 25 November, his fourth major budgetary announcement in twelve months.
Pixel also issued a sweep-up briefing on 27 November containing updates on a number of emerging issues, many of which may not be clarified until the Local Government Settlement is confirmed due to a lack of announcements from the relevant Government departments.
