One of the key areas of the Achieving Finance Excellence in Policing (AFEP) programme is the data and benchmarking theme, being overseen by the Police Data and Analytics sub group. This webinar provided the latest findings from the benchmarking streams and was a follow-up to our webinar in July.
There was a detailed demonstration of the latest dashboards of results including:

There was also an overview of the first three AFEP benchmarking streams, released in July, including business enablers, training and ICT.
The webinar included a detailed explanation of how to use the dashboard and what the data shows and we also discussed data driven decisions within policing.
