Progress report for the Mystery Shopper Service which has been operating since 2011. The Service sits within the Crown Commercial Service and allows government suppliers and potential government suppliers to raise concerns anonymously about potentially poor public sector procurement practice. Figures show that the number of cases brought to the service from April 2015 to March 2016 has reduced by 18% since a peak in 2013.
