CIPFA's presence in Scotland includes a dedicated office and a regional branch. We provide events, awards, training, qualifications, an annual conference and more.
Formed in 1906, the Scottish region has over 1,000 CIPFA-qualified full members and 300 student members. A number of important region activities take place each year including the annual conference and the development weekend.
The chief function of the Scottish region is to promote the policies and reputation of the institute in Scotland, in particular the science of public finance and accountancy.
A reminder for anyone who may need support CIPFA's Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub is available to you and anyone in your personal or workplace networks. The hub brings together information and support on a wide range of topics. Access is free of charge, anonymous and there's no need to register.
