The Valuation Office Agency has updated the Billing Authority Submissions Standards for both England and Wales with the information that authorities need to include within their report.
The aim of the Submission Standards is to allow the Agency to work more effectively with local authorities.
It also aligns with the UK Government’s ‘tell us once’ policy as taxpayers will only provide information once. The document is designed to helps anybody involved in submitting Billing Authority Reports (BARs) or gathering information for their submission.
