The Valuation Office Agency (VOA) has published its 2019 update on Council Tax: Stock of Properties, the latest in its series of annual publications. This is an update of their previous release, published on 20 September 2018.
The counts (stock of properties) are calculated from domestic property data for England and Wales, which was extracted from the VOA's administrative database as at 31 March 2019.
