The Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government has published a Council Tax Information Letter for two pieces of legislation recently laid before Parliament.
These are the Council Tax (Demand Notices) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Prescribed Requirements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020.
