The Council Tax Information Letter (CTIL) issued on 15 August 2018 set out a proposal to change the adult social care (ASC) precept information that must be provided on council tax bills in 2019/20.
However, after considering the feedback received, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) decided to leave the current approach in place for 2019/20.
